LIVING water — Romania’s Abundant supply.

If you’ve never left Romania, you may not be aware of how BLESSED you are to have fresh mountain water springs in every community.

PS: After reading, let me know what else you find fantastic about living in Romania? in the comments…👇🏽😁

Besides cleanliness, the natural quality of water is also extremely important. Over the last couple of decades, people have begun to study the idea of water being an energy source, i.e., “Living water,” containing natural crystals which are easily absorbed and that resonate with the body’s natural energy. Many studies of tap and bottled water have shown that its natural crystal no longer exists due to the “cleaning” treatment it undergoes before being piped around the city and filtered into hormone-disrupting plastic bottles. This means that the body may find it difficult to absorb this type of water as the water does not resonate with the body’s energy. As a result, you may have often experienced bloatedness after drinking tap water. This is a basic explanation of a complex subject, by the way, 😉

Since moving to Creteni, I’ve been drinking water from La Fontanelle, a gorgeous local watering hole. I have noticed positive physical changes and am grateful to be drinking fresh, LIVING water.

Romania has an abundance of HEALTHFUL qualities on offer, from the fresh mountain water to the vast amounts of land to hike and play amongst to the culture of food sovereignty (growing your own!)

Lastly, if you need more inspiration to stay hydrated: I cannot stress enough that drinking water is vital for good health. It ensures that your kidneys and other regulatory organs are functioning correctly. Drinking water regulates body temperature, aids nutrient absorption improves blood oxygen circulation, and much more. Water is also a free aging serum. You don’t need all of these expensive beauty products to age gracefully. Just drink more water!

Let's chat in the comments about how you navigate the water "situation." It's a tough one as, locally, we need to pay ourselves to have the springs tested for cleanliness and hygiene, which I've intended to do but haven't yet. It's scary to think about water-born illnesses and bacteria, though! But it's also crazy to think how many billions of people drink bottled water every.single.day. That will take another post to talk about plastic bottles and human health and environmental health.

Nevertheless, I digress. Speak soon!
